Abstract: ATF F 5110.50 NOTIFIES ATF THAT A BOND HAS BEEN ISSUED TO SECURE PAYMENT OF EXCISE TAXES ON DISTILLED SPIRITS BROUGHT INTO THE U.S. FRO PUERTO RICO WITHOUT PAYMENT OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE TAX. THE BOND IDENTIFIES THE RESPONDENT, THE DATE, LOCATIONS OF PREMISES COVERED AND THEIR IDENTIFYING NUMBER, THE PENAL SUM FOR EACH LOCATION AND THE NATURE OF THE BOND.
