TAXES PAI ON THESE PRODUCTS ARE COVERED INTO THE TREASURY OF PUERTO RICO. WITHOUT THIS RECORD THERE WOULD BE NO WAY TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNT PAID NEEDED TO ACCOUNT FOR TOBACCO PRODUCTS AND PROTECT TAX REVENUES.
