Abstract: SURVEY PUBLICATIONS, TAXPAYERS' THE INFORMATION WE GET WILL HELP US IDENTIFY WHO OUR CUSTOMERS ARE AND HOW WE CAN BETTER MEET THEIR NEEDS. IT WILL POINT US TO POSSIBLE PROBLEM AREAS IN CERTAIN PUBLICATIONS. WE CAN THEN PRODUCE A MORE UNDERSTANDABLE PUBLICATION THAT WILL REDUCE THE BURDEN ON TAXPAYERS AND HELP THEM COMPLY WITH THE TAX LAWS. THE RANDOM SAMPLE WILL COME FROM TAXPAYERS REQUESTING THE TARGETED PUBLICATION(S).
