Abstract: THIS REGULATION PRESCRIBES PROCEDURES NECESSARY FOR A NATIONAL BANK TO COMPLY WITH STAUTORY RESTRICTIONS ON ITS INVESTMENT IN BANK PREMISES. NATIONAL BANK WISHING TO INVEST AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN ITS CAPITAL STOCK MUST OBTAIN THE COMPTROLLER'S APPROVAL UNDER 12 U.S.C. 371D.
