Abstract: THE CARL D. PERKINS PROGRAM US FEDERAL FUNDS TO PROVIDE COLLECTED SCHOLARSHIPS TO OUTSTANDING HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TO ENABLE THEM TO PURSUE TEACHING CAREERS AT THE ELEMENTARY OR SECONDARY SCHOOL LEVEL.
