Abstract: THE ERA PROPOSES TO: 1) INCORPORATE P.L. 100-42 FUA AMENDMENTS INTO REGULATIONS, 2) REVISE AND UPDATE COST TEST FUEL PRICE AND INFLATION INDICES, 3) CLARIFY HOW TO CALCULATE FUEL PRICE WHEN USING NATURAL GAS AND 4) REVISE AND UPDATE OIL/GAS SAVINGS ESTIMATES FOR COGENERATORS.
