Abstract: FACILITIES CONDUCTING TREATABILITY STUDIES WILL BE REQUIRED TO NOTIFY EPA OR THE AUTHORIZED STATE INDICATING THAT THEY INTEND TO CONDUCT TREATABILITY STUDIES. THEY WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ANNUAL REPORTS INDICATING THEIR RELATED TREATABILITY STUDY ACTIVITIES. EPA REQUIRES SUCH INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL FACILITATE EPA REVIEW AND ENFORCEMENT.
