Abstract: THE REGULATION FOR THE CHILD-RESISTANT PACKAGING OF PESTICIDES AUTHORIZES STANDARDS FOR THE PACKAGING OF PESTICIDES OR DEVICES TO PROTECT CHILDREN AND ADULTS FROM SERIOUS ILLNESS OR INJURY FROM ACCIDENTAL INGESTION OR CONTACT WITH THESE PESTICIDES OR DEVICES. THE INFORMATION COLLECTION ALLOWS EPA TO IDENTIFY WHICH PRODUCTS ARE USED RESIDENTIALLY AND WHICH ARE NOT.
