Abstract: THE STATE WILL ANNUALLY REVIEW THE ADMINISTRATION OF ITS APPROVED 404 PROGRAM. THIS REVIEW WILL INCLUDE BASIC PERMIT DATA INCLUDING NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS RECEIVED, ISSUED, MODIFIED, DENIED, ASSESSMENT OF CUMULATIVE IMPACTS OF THE PROGRAM, IDENTIFICATION OF PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR RESOLVING THE PROBLEMS.
