SUCH VITAL INFORMATION AS THE PRIVATE AID'S POSITION, SIGNAL CHARACTERISTIC AND STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION IS THEN DISSEMINATION TO THE PUBLIC VIA RADI BROADCASTS, LOCAL NOTICES TO MARINERS, THE LIGHT LIST AND NAUTICAL CHARTS. PETROLEUM RELATED COMPANIES ARE THE PRIMARY USERS OF THIS APPLICATION.
