Abstract: TO IDENTIFY WAYS TO IMPROVE SERVICES AND PERFORMANCE OF THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY AFSS, FACILITY MANAGEMENT IS INTERESTED IN DETERMINING PILOTS' PERCEPTION ABOUT THE QUALITY OF FSS SERVICES PROVIDED. A SURVEY OF LOCAL PILOTS WILL ASSESS THEIR SATISFACTION WITH AVAILABLE SERVICES AND RECOMMEND SERVICE FEATURES TO BE ADDED, IMPROVED OR MODIFIED.
