Abstract: TO OPERATE AN AIRPORT SERVING AIR CARRIERS, A PERSON MUST OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN AN AIRPORT OPERATING CERTIFICATE. THE APPLICATION INITIATES THE CERTIFICATION PROCESS INCLUDING AIRPORT INSPECTION AND DOCUMENTATI OF SAFE AIRPORT OPERATIONS AND EQUIPMENT. THE CERTIFICATION REMAINS VALID IF SAFETY STANARDS ARE MAINTAINED AS VERIFIED BY INSPECTIONS, RECORDS, AND REPORTS.
