Abstract: DATA USED FOR REGULATORY PURPOSES OF FEDERALLY SPONSORED SECONDARY MARKET FACILITIES. THIS SURVEY ENABLES PUBLIC OFFICIALS TO MAKE SOUNDE POLICY DECISIONS CONCERNING PUBLIC/PRIVATE INITIATIVES AND PARTICIPATI IN THE MORTGAGE MARKET, AS WELL AS TO TRACK THE GROWTH AND IDENTIFIES POTENTIAL PROBLEMS CONFRONTING PRIVATE MORTGAGE INSURANCE INDUSTRY.
