Abstract: PROJECT IMPLEMENTATIO SCHEDULE PROVIDES PHA WITH A PLANNING TOOL TO SCHEDULE IMPLEMENTATION THEIR APPROVED MODERNIZATION PROGRAMS. IT ALSO PROVIDES HUD WITH A MONITORING TOOL TO DETERMINE IF PHAS ARE ON SCHEDULE OR REQUIRE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
