Abstract: THE OFFICE OF PRIVATE SECTOR PROGRAMS REQUIRES AN ACCOUNTING OF U.S. CITIZENS WHO HAVE TRAVELLED ABROAD ON I GRANTS TO PRIVATE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. THESE ORGANIZATIONS WILL PROVIDE THE INFORMATION REGARDING TRAVELERS SUPPORTED BY USIA GRANTS DURING THE LAST FIVE YEARS SO THAT THE AGENCY CAN MAKE ITS MANDATED REPORT TO CONGRESS.
