Abstract: SMALL BUSINESS IS A LEADING SOURCE OF INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT. IN RECOGNITION OF THIS AND TO ENCOURAGE THE ENTREPRENEURI SPIRIT, PRIME CONTRACTORS VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME AND EFFORT TO NOMINATE SUBCONTRACTORS WHOSE PERFORMANCE RECORDS SERVE AS OUTSTANDING EXAMPLES OF THE COMPETENCE AND EXPERTISE OF SMALL BUSINESS. THE SB SUBCONTRACTO OF THE YEAR IS CHOSEN FROM THESE NOMINATIONS.
