Abstract: INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TVA TECHNICAL AND DESIGN ASSISTANCE (TADA) FOR CONSERVATION AND ENERGY MANAGEMENT PROJECTS IN THE COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL SECTOR. INFORMATION WILL BE COLLECTED FROM THOSE ORGANIZATIONS WHICH HAVE RECEIVED TADA FROM TVA A USED TO DETERMINE WHAT ACTION THEY HAVE TAKEN AND THEIR ATTITUDE TOWAR TADA.
