Abstract: THE USIA, WHICH HAS STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE J-1 VISA, HAS ADVISED OIT THAT WE MUST TIGHTEN OUR CONTROL ON THE DISTRIBUTION AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR IAP66A FORMS. THIS FORM, IAP66A USAGE REPORT, IS REQUIRED TO BE USED AS AN ANNUAL ACCOUNTING OF ALL IAP66A FORMS BY CONTROL NUMBER PROVIDED TO MISSIONS AND CONTRACTORS TO AVOID FRAUDULEN OBTAINING OF U.S. VISAS.
