Abstract: FORMS ARE USED BY U.S. POWER SQUADRONS AND U.S. COAST GUARD AUXILIARY MEMBERS FOR REPORTING OBSERVED CHART CORRECTIONS. CORRECTIONS ARE USE DAILY BY NOS IN MAINTAINING AND PREPARING NEW EDITIONS OF ITS NAUTICAL CHARTS THAT ARE USED NATIONWIDE BY RECREATIONAL BOATERS AND COMMERCIAL VESSELS FOR SAFE NAVIGATION OF OUR NATION'S WATERWAYS.
