Abstract: CDC WILL AWARD COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS TO APPROXIMATELY 75 MINORITY AND OTHER COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS SERVING POPULATIONS WITH AND AT RI OF HIV INFECTION AND AIDS. THIS CLEARANCE REQUEST IS TO HAVE AWARDED HIV PREVENTION PROGRAMS SUBMIT A QUARTERLY NARRATIVE REPORT TO CDC. THESE REPORTS WILL BE USED AS MONITORING AND EVALUATION MECHANISMS.
