Abstract: THE U.S. HAS EXPERIENCED A DRAMATIC INCREASE IN THE SURVIVAL OF LOW BIRTH WEIGHT INFANTS. THESE INFANTS ARE KNOWN TO BE AT RISK FOR LESS THAN OPTIMAL NEURODEVELOPMENT OUTCOMES. THIS STUDY INVESTIGATES THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOW BIRTH WEIGHT CHILDREN TO IDENTIFY THE CARE AND SERVICES WHICH THEY WILL NEED. THE TEACHER QUESTIONNAIRE WILL GATHER CRITICALLY NEEDED DATA ON THE UTILIZATION OF SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES BY VLBW INFANTS AT SCHOOL AG
