Abstract: THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ON BENEFICIARY EXPERIENCE WITH THE MEDICA PROGRAM IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE BENEFICIARIES' AWARENESS OF, USE OF, AN CONCERNS WITH VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THE MEDICARE PROGRAM.
