UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES REPORTS ARE REQUIRED OF UNION OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYERS, LABOR CONSULTANTS AND SURETY COMPANIES. FILERS ARE REQUIRED TO RETAIN SUPPORTING RECORDS 5 YEARS. UNION ARE REQUIRED TO RETAIN ELECTION RECORDS 1 YEAR.
