Abstract: THE QUESTIONNAIRES ARE USED TO SOLICIT PERTINENT SALARY PROGRAM INFORMATION FROM NATIONAL BANKS WHO VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATE IN THE SALARY SURVEY. THE INFORMATION DEVELOPED IS USED TO HELP ADMINISTER THE OCC COMPENSATION PROGRAM SALARY SCHEDULE AND MERIT PAY PLAN.
