THE ADULT EDUCATION ACT REQUIRES STATE EDUCATIONAL AGENCIES TO SUBMIT STATE PLANS EVERY THREE YEARS TO RECEIVE FEDERAL FUNDS FOR ADULT EDUCATION PROGRAMS. PROGRAM STAFF REVIEW THE PLANS TO ENSURE THE PROPOSED ACTIVITIES COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ADU EDUCATION ACT AND ITS IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS.
