This ICR is
approved for one year which is sufficient time to cover th one-time
collection due from States by January 1990. EPA has done a good job
in estimating the burden by distinguishing between States and
disaggregating into the six burden items. It should be noted that
States have several alternatives for identifying the location of
CSO points including maps, approxiate addresses and longitude and
latitude
