Abstract: MAINTENANCE INFORMATION IS COLLECTED UNDER 23 USC 119 AND 23 CFR 635, SUBPART E, WHICH REQUIRE THAT EACH STATE HIGHWAY AGENCY SHALL CERTIFY THAT THE INTERSTATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM IS BEING MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN APPROVED INTERSTATE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM.
