Abstract: THESE PROCEDURES ARE NECESSARY TO FULFILL THE PROGRAM REGULATION AT 24 CFR 850.79, TO CLOSE OUT THE FEDERAL FINANCING FOR PROJECT ACTIVITIES TO VERIFY THAT FEDERAL FUNDS WERE USED IN ACCORDANC WITH THE GRANT AGREEMENT, AND THAT ALL PARTICIPATING PARTIES HAVE FULFILLED THEIR OBLIGATIONS.
