Abstract: THE GROWING CRISIS OF DRUG USE AND DRUG RELATED CRIME IN PUBLIC HOUSIN REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ACTION TO PROTECT RESIDENTS' LIVES AND PROPERTY. TO INITIATE THIS COMPETITION AND TO SELECT THOSE PROJECTS WHICH WILL HAVE THE GREATEST IMPACT IN IMPROVING THE ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUTHS IN PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECTS IMPACTED BY SEVERE DRUG PROBLEMS, WE REQUIRE T INFORMATION REQUESTED TO MAKE THE SELECTIONS.
