Abstract: PERFORMANCE FUNDING SYSTEM IS PREPARED BY PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCIES (PHA'S) AND INDIAN HOUSING AUTHORITIES (IHA'S) TO CALCULATE THE ANNUAL OPERATING SUBSIDY ELIGIBILITY UNDER THE PERFORMANCE FUNDING SYSTEM. FORMS ARE SUBMITTED ANNUALLY AS PART OF THE PHA'S/IHA'S OPERATING BUDGET.
