Abstract: NEH REQUIRES CRITICAL, EXPERT, SCHOLARLY EVALUATION TO JUDGE THE QUALITY AND RELATIVE MERIT OF COMPETING APPLICATIONS FOR FEDERAL GRANT THE INFORMATION IS USED IN A MULTI-STAGE REVIEW PROCESS AND IS PROVIDE TO UNSUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS UPON REQUEST.
