Abstract: INSURANCE APPLICATION IS THE PRINCIPAL DOCUMENT USED TO DETERMINE IF OPIC SHOULD ISSUE INSURANCE FOR A SPECIFIC INVESTMENT. EVERY APPLICANT MUST COMPLETE THE FORM IN ORDER FOR OPIC TO ASSESS THE PROJECT RISK, DETERMINE THE INVESTOR'S ELIGIBILITY AND CALCULATE U.S. AND HOST COUNTRY EFFECTS OF THE INVESTMENT.
