Abstract: AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 1323 OF THE FOOD SECURITY ACT OF 1985, THIS REGULATION PRESCRIBES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR FILING APPLICATIONS FOR NONPROFIT NATIONAL CORPORATION GUARANTEED LOANS AND GRANTS MADE BY FMHA AND APPLIES TO LENDERS, BORROWERS, AND OTHER PARTIES INVOLVED IN MAKING, GUARANTEEING, SERVICING, OR LIQUIDATING SUCH LOANS AND GRANTS.
