Abstract: WIC STATE AGENCIES MUST SUBMIT A STUDY ASSESSING THE FEASIBILITY OF IMPLEMENTING SPECIFIED FOOD-COST-CUTTING SYSTEMS. IF SUCH SYSTEMS ARE FEASIBLE, STATES MUST INDICATE HOW THEY WILL BE IMPLEMENTED IN FISCAL YEAR 1990 STATE PLANS, OR IN AMENDMENTS TO CURRENT PLANS. THESE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS IMPLEMENT MANDATES OF P.L. 100-460 AND APPLY ONLY TO FISCAL YEAR 1989.
