Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTED ON THE APPROVED FORMS IS NEEDED BY THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION (SSA) TO HELP PROVIDE A BASIS FOR NEW POLICY DECISIONS AND LEGISLATION REGARDING THE SSA-ADMINISTERED PROGRAMS. THE RESPONDENTS WILL CONSIST OF SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFICIARIES OR THEIR SURVIVORS WHO WERE PART OF THE NEW BENEFICIARY SURVEY (OMB 0960-0287) WHICH WAS CONDUCTED IN 1982.
