INFORMATION GENERALLY ENABLES MMS TO PROCESS CIVIL PENALTY CASES IN
A TIMELY MANNER AND IS REQUIRED OF AN LESSEE OR PERMITTEE WHO
ELECTS TO PURSUE ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF CITED VIOLATION.
