Abstract: 21 CFR 1301.7 OFFENSES, BURGLARY, DRUG TRAFFICKING LAW ENFORCEMENT'. 21 CFR, 1301.7 (C) AND 1301.76(B), REQUIRES DEA REGISTRANTS TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT DEA-106 UPON DISCOVERY OF A THEFT OR LOSS OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES. PURPOSE: ACCURATE ACCOUNTABILITY, MONITOR SUBSTANCES DIVERTED INTO ILLICIT MARKET AND DEVELOP LEADS FOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS.
