Abstract: IRS NEEDS TO OBTAIN TREND DATA, THAT WILL ENABLE THE SERVICE TO MONITO AND EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CURRENT TAX POLICIES AND PROGRAMS. QUESTIONS ARE DUPLICATED FROM PREVIOUS SURVEYS AND DIRECTED TOWARD THE GENERAL TAXPAYING POPULATION. SOME NEW QUESTIONS ARE ALSO ADDED.
