Abstract: THIS PERFORMANC REPORT IS NECESSARY TO ATTAIN TIMELY INFORMATION REGARDING THE USE OF FUNDS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 607 OF THE EDUCATION OF THE HANDICAPPED AC THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES GRANTS TO STATE EDUCATIONAL AGENCIES WHICH, IN TURN, PROVIDE SUBGRANTS TO LOCAL EDUCATIONAL AGENCIES AND INTERMEDIATE EDUCATIONAL UNITS FOR THE PURPOSE OF REMOVING ARCHITECTUR BARRIERS TO THE HANDICAPPED.
