Abstract: THIS FINAL RULE (RM87-33) REQUIRES THE COMMISSION TO CARRY OUT THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 4 OF THE ELECTRIC CONSUMERS PROTECTION ACT OF 1986 (ECPA) CONCERNING THE LICENSEE MAKING INFORMATION READILY AVAILAB REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE LICENSE PROJECT.
