Pursuant to 5
CFR 1320 and the PRA, OMB approves this collection of information
for three years. However, given the recent "Natural Gas Wellhead
Decontrol Act of 1989" FERC should investigate ways to further
reduce the information burden on the natural gas industry. For
example, as part of the ICB, FERC may want to designate natural gas
as an area for review of existing and proposed information
collections.
