Abstract: EPA SEEKS APPROVAL FROM OMB TO COLLECT FROM APPROXIMATELY 180 MINERAL PROCESSING FACILITIES ADDITIONAL INFORMATION THAT IS NECESSARY FOR THE AGENCY TO BE RESPONSIVE TO THE STUDY FACTORS IDENTIFIED IN RCRA 8002(P WHICH REQUIRES EPA TO PREPARE AND SUBMIT A REPORT TO CONGRESS ON MINERAL PROCESSING WASTES.
