Abstract: THESE REGULATIONS ARE INTENDED TO PREVENT OR MITIGATE THE RESULTS OF ACCIDENTAL RELEASES OF LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS AT LNG WATERFRONT FACILITIES. IT INCLUDES REQUIREMENTS FOR LETTERS OF INTENT, APPEALS ALTERNATIVES, OPERATIONS AND EMERGENCY MANUALS, DECLARATIONS OF INSPECTION AND RECORDS, WHICH ARE NECESSARY TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARDS.
