Abstract: P.L. 98-77 REQUIRES THE VA TO MONITOR AND INSPECT RECORDS PERTAINING 38 CFR 21.4640 AND 21.4642 IMPLEMENT THIS PROVISION OF LAW. EMPLOYERS WITH JOB TRAINING PROGRAMS WILL KEEP RECORDS IN ORDER TO DOCUMENT COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW.
