Terms of Clearance: This approval is for one year, subject to the following conditions: 1. This OMB Control Number authorizes the computer generation of any currently OMB approved formsprescribed by the FAR and by FAR supplements. 2. The CAAC and the DARC must ensure that the OMB control number and expiration date also be carried on any computer generated version of the form. 3. During the approval period, the CAAC should review and determine which forms are most suitable for conversion to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). See the Federal information processing standards (FIPS) on EDI published by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
