MONITOR TRAD AGREEMENTS WITH FOREIGN COUNTRIES. THE USERS OF THESE
DATA ARE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, TRADE ASSOCIATIONS, AND BUSINESS
FIRMS FOR MAKING PRODUCTION, INVESTMENTS, AND TRADE POLICY
DECISIONS.
