Abstract: THIS PROGRAM REGULATES THE ALTERATION AND QUALITY OF U.S. WATERS. THE PUBLIC SUBMITS THE APPLICATION TO OBTAIN PERMISSION TO UNDERTAKE CONSTRUCTION RELATED ACTIVITIES THAT WOULD AFFECT NAVIGATION CHANNELS AND OTHER U.S. WATERS. THE IMPACTS ON NAVIGATION, WATER QUALITY, THE ENVIRONMENT, AND OTHER FACTORS ARE CONSIDERED IN THE CORPS REVIEW.
