Abstract: MEDICATED FEEDS ARE GIVEN TO FOOD PRODUCING ANIMALS FOR DISEASE PREVENTION/TREATMENT AND TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVE PERFORMANCE. COMPLIANCE WITH GMP'S PROVIDE ASSURANCE THAT FEEDS WILL BE SAFE AND EFFECTIVE AND NOT CAUSE UNSAFE RESIDUES IN THE EDIBLE PRODUCTS OF TREATED ANIMALS.
