Abstract: THIS LABEL/LABELING REQUIREMENT IS DIRECTED AT MANUFACTURERS WHO WISH TO LABEL THEIR FOOD PRODUCTS FOR FOREIGN SPEAKING CONSUMERS. THESE PROVISIONS ASSURE THAT THE FOOD IS LABELED WITH COMPLETE INFORMATION IN BOTH ENGLISH AND THE FOREIGN LANGUAGE.
