Abstract: THE APPLICATION FORM PROVIDES THE TERMS OF AGREEMENT. THE DEFERMENT AND POSTPONEMENT FORMS ALLOW THE SCHOOL TO SUSPEND LOAN PAYMENTS. THE SCHOOL GRANTS PARTIAL CANCELLATION OF A LOAN WHEN IT RECEIVES THE COMPLETED CANCELLATION FORM. THE DEPARTMENT USES THE ANNUAL OPERATING REPORT TO MONITOR THE FINANCIAL ACTIVITIES OF THE SCHOOL.
